Not too shabby! I’m feeling great, I have working out more and eating better, watching what I eat. Only 5-8 pounds until my goal! That gives me about a month to reach it which is very realistic. Which means more work, but a better body and health! My goals still are to not eat late at night (after 7pm) & sweets. I have found a way to get my sweet tooth in control a healthier way; like dark chocolate, peanut butter, and whole grain muffins…but of course I don’t want to depend on sweets every day…need to get out of that addiction :) Any tips?
