  1. How come no one has commented? Well I will. I think this is awesome Dina. I am going to print each one out and get started on the 2nd of January. My son is home for the holidays and we are skiing, sledding, daycaring and more so regular exercise will wait until he's gone, daycare is over and bussing has started up again (I'm a bus driver).
    Thank you for taking the time to make up these charts. I hope it's okay I share them with my readers when I get back on track (if not tell me and I won't).

  4. looking forward to getting started as I constantly need some kind of structure and this looks like it will really help me out. Dina you still deserve some of the credit as you are taking time to help others and post this for everyone to see. But we all do thank those of have put this together.

  6. is there an exercise that can be used in place of the jumping jacks? It's not that I can't do them it's that with a weak bladder, I tend to "dribble" with each one.
