Do any of you readers drink protein powder after working out? I just recently started in the last couple months…I’m not sure if it’s helping, but I can defiantly feel that I am not as sore the next day after a good workout. I currently drink Golden Standard 100% Whey Protein:
But a little while back my trainer recommended Isopure. 0 Carbs and only 1 gram of fat per serving! So it will probably be on my next purchase after I finish this tub.
Does anyone have any other recommendations? Pros & Cons of protein intake?
