Powders…

Do any of you readers drink protein powder after working out? I just recently started in the last couple months…I’m not sure if it’s helping, but I can defiantly feel that I am not as sore the next day after a good workout. I currently drink Golden Standard 100% Whey Protein:

But a little while back my trainer recommended Isopure. 0 Carbs and only 1 gram of fat per serving! So it will probably be on my next purchase after I finish this tub.

Weigh-In

Motivation

Starting Weight: 186 lbs.

Last Week’s Weight (3 weeks ago): 176.8 lbs.

Today’s Weight: 176.4 lbs.

3 Week Weight Loss: -0.4 lbs.

Total Weight Loss to Date: –9.6 lbs.

Well, not what I expected…but then again I shouldn’t have expected more. I didn’t workout much…and have been eating A LOT of sweets. Kind of binged one night too…NOT good! What kind of things do you do to motivate yourself and get back on track? Any tips or ideas? I would love to hear from you all!

I’m back!!!

I’m back sooner than I thought! Laptop is back in my hands which means blogging is back on track too! Here’s today’s motivation…which I needed SO much! I have barely been working out since Mexico and eating has been HORRIBLE! So this is for me…I’m not going to stop because I’m tired of going to the gym, or tired of watching what I eat…I will stop only when I reach my goal…and still after that I will continue to care for my body!

Maintenance

Hello readers, sorry for the news...but I may not be able to blog for the next couple weeks. I will try if I have a chance, but I am sending my laptop out for repairs. I should be back in about 2 weeks. I will try to stay connected via social media:

Post Vacation Weigh-In…uh-oh…

Starting Weight: 186 lbs.
Last Week’s Weight: 175.4 lbs.
Today’s Weight: 176.8 lbs.
This Weeks Weight Loss: + 1.4 lbs.
Total Weight Loss to Date: –9.2 lbs.

That’s a gain of 2.2 pounds since March 7th. Which isn’t good, but it’s not horrible after a vacation. I guess that means a little more working out and watching what I eat. In Mexico I didn’t workout at all (even though there was a nice gym…horrible I know), but I did watch my portions. I allowed myself to eat what I wanted, but in smaller amounts. I’m glad I didn’t gain 5 pounds…that what I was fearing, but it all came out okay. I am now back in town, and that means getting back on track. I am actually dressed and going to the gym right now! :) Have a great day!
